Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Supervises, hires, trains, provides work direction, and problem-solving assistance
Reviewing performance, and recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.
Manages others through subordinate supervisors.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Requirements:_
Masters/Degree in Business or Human Resource or related field
Minimum 5 years in similar capacity as a Human Resource Manager
People oriented and results driven
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to resolve disputes, conflicts between individuals and group.
Solving problems of overall human resource management and long-term organizational planning
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices

** Willing to travel when required
** Must be able to speak and write in mandarin
