- At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales support or telesales.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Self-motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.
- Chinese Speaking & Writing skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Call center position, customer service experience preferred.
- Primarily responsible for providing highly effective, efficient and professional support by answering all enquiries and researching for solutions.
- Directly with customer via calls, ticketing software, Microsoft outlook, and various knowledge based system.
- Participating in providing and delivering information to handle and resolve customer inquiries.
- Will also be involved in performing customer verification, process orders, application forms and maintain customer database.
Manfaat
- Working day : 5.5 days per week
- Working Hours : Shift roatation (Estimate 1 week morning shift & 1 week night shift for every month)
- Standard hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Morning shift - 6am - 2pm
- Night shift - 6pm - 2am
- Allowance :
- Weekend - RM100
- Morning shift - RM50
- Night shift - RM80
