• Manufacture solar cell according to the required quality, quantity and speed.
• Loading and unloading of cell within defined equipments as well as the transportation of cell.
• Carry out quality control for routine production.
• Efficiently operate equipment within multiple sections.
• Follow escalation procedure and document all non-standard incidents and deviations.
• Optimization of workflow and make suggestions for improvement
• Provide detailed pass-down to next incoming shift.
• Strictly follow all safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions given by supervisor.
