Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/diploma in engineering HVAC (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably some knowledge in electrical, electronic, IT.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and demonstrate high customer care standards.
- Good interpersonal & communications skills; able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
- Proactively identify potential customers and develop business opportunities through quality and professional sales processes with objective to meet sales target.
- Provide after sales solution to existing customer to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensuring that machinery, system, infrastructure & equipments run optimally with minimal downtime.
- Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service/maintenance calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through job.
