Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, and Mandarin
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Possess own transport.
- Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently & immediately.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for overall F&B Operation
- Ensure all Items, Side Dishes are prepared and delivered as per schedule
- Develop SOP and Recipe, ensure all staff are well trained and SOP is followed
- Stock Management, Purchase and Order stock to ensure outlet running with sufficient stock smoothly.
- Handling & well organise of cash float & petty cash.
- Dealing and sourcing of supplier and vendors, ensure all arrangements and message are well communicated.
Manfaat
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM 5,000 (Subject to candidate’s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
