Kelayakan
Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
- Must have at least SPM/STPM certification
- Driver's license: Class D
- Must have own transportation
- Have minimum experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and recordkeeping
- Must be physically fit and able to lift items above and below shoulder height
- Basic clerical procedures, care and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Must have basic safety and security practices & knowlegde
- Must be able to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions
- Able to maintain & present routine records
Tanggungjawab
- Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering, and maintaining inventory record
- Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels
- Oversees mail handling and courier service
- May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable
- Performs related site-specific duties as required by subordinates
