Senior Executive, Quality Management

Job Summary:

• Coordinates daily quality control operations and executes quality assurance procedures in meeting Company's Objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts incoming material inspection (bulk, packaging & artwork), finished goods inspection (pre-shipment samples & finished goods at warehouse), and documentation of the record.
• Maintains the retention samples (packaging & finished goods) and packaging artwork master copy accordingly.
• Coordinates the testing samples for external laboratory analysis when necessary.
• Prepares approved samples and tolerance chart for supplier and contract packer.
• Monitors the expired tolerance chart and work closely with procurement team to feedback to supplier.
• Assists in investigating complaint and non-conformance issue jointly with procurement & product development team.
• Assists in initiating and follow up activities to assure problem investigation, root cause analysis, implementation and verification of counter measures and preventive action plans.
• Assists in conducting supplier qualification audit and routine audit.
