CHEF DE PARTIE
- Have at least 1 year of experience in relevant cooking & kitchen operations
- Must have experience in cafe or at least western cuisine
- Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
- Able to work weekend & public holiday
COMMIS CHEF
- Fresh Grade & School leaver are welcome to apply
- Ability to work independently
- Experienced in western cuisine is an added advantage
- Positive attitude

Tanggungjawab
CHEF DE PARTIE
- Prepare dishes and ensuring presentation, texture, taste and quantity are maintained to the standards
- Works with team and handle daily kitchen activities, monitoring, freshness and inventory stocking
- Mange and oversee daily cafe operations and ensure cleanliness of kitchen at all time
COMMIS CHEF
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the restaurant SOP
- To be flexible and willing to help kitchen at busy time
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Assisting in stock rotation, deliveries & restocking
