- Preferably someone with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

- Possess customer service skill and customer-oriented mindset
Tanggungjawab
- Responding to our customers via Omni-channel (live chat, email, and phone call.)
- Be the first point of contact to handle customer complaints by provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer inquiries.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals set by the supervisor.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
