Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any related field.
- Candidate should have at least 1-2 years related working experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality management system is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Candidate with retail background is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).
- Cross-functionally lead Quality Management System process improvements which may include training, corrective action and preventive/improvement action activities, quality audits, validation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, quality management techniques and the application and principles of Quality Management System. Strong knowledge and application of concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to form and develop interpersonal, professional relationships. Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills and critical-thinking skills. Ability to prioritize. Ability or aptitude to lead without direct authority.
- Lead and carry out audit fieldworks stated in Audit Plan.
- Prepare audit report with recommendations upon finalization of field work
- Constantly identify areas of internal control weaknesses, potentially fraudulent activities and areas for improvement.
- Follow up with internal audit report to ensure the solutions be timely implemented.
- Assist in compile Yearly Audit Plan, SOP drafting and Project in ISO9001:2015.
- To conduct any ad-hoc project or task as directed.
- Perform any other ad hoc task when required.
