Kelayakan
- At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 year(s) of working experience, 3 year(s) People Management skill.
- Experience in Bonded Factory / Bonded Area will be add advantage.
- Must be able to speak & write in Mandarin (due to nature of business)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office ( Exp: Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
•Customs and Trade Compliance:
- Maintain customs compliance for all import and export processes.
- Manage compliance of bonded warehouse license. (Exp. LMW)
- Manage compliance of bonded area. (Exp. FIZ)
- Shipping Management.
- Ensure customers’ schedules are met effectively through advanced planning.
•Import Management
- Manage inbound activities with vendors from planning, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
- Liaise with Customs for import and export declaration and clearance.
- Liaise with Government authorities for import and export permits application and duty tax exemptions.
•Inventory and Warehouse Management
•Administration
- Analysis, control and implement cost saving on Logistics operations.
- Identify, monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators for Logistics Team.
