Kelayakan
- Have at least 1 year experience in managing a team as a supervisor, or team leader.
- Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there's complaint.
- Candidate must be very fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must, as you will need to deal with customers & drivers who only speak Mandarin.
- Willing to work OT during peak season & on non-festive minor public holiday like Vesak, Awal Muharram etc. We are close on major festive public holiday like CNY, Hari Raya etc.
Tanggungjawab
- The key person handles customer service team, ensuring customers are happy, delivery is on time, complaints are solved instantly, and the daily operation run smoothly.
- Ensure customer service team answer politely and correctly to customer's inquiry via various channel including email, phone, live chat, whatsapp, and facebook messenger.
- To quote prices for customised cakes for corporate gifts, wedding and birthday party
- Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
