Kelayakan
- Required language(s): MUST know to speak and write in both English and Mandarin
- Candidates have at least an SPM certificate
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with flexible approach to working in a team
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts (weekdays, weekends & public holidays)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Knowledge and practical experience of cloud solutions is an added advantage
- Customer service experience in a contact center or e-commerce setting preferably but not always required
Tanggungjawab
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat or email in a timely and professional manner
- Fully documents customer interactions in real-time
- Solves problems within defined quality standards using a basic understanding of products, solutions, and customer environments
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers
- Working collaboratively with technical support team to resolve more complex issues
- Familiarizes self with new technologies, products and platforms (product training will be provided from time to time)
- Adhering to company policies and procedures related to customer service, data privacy, and security
