Kelayakan
- Degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible of the day-to-day accounting duties and provide assistance to the team.
- Ensure all business transactions are recorded and make sure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Review and verify incoming bills, log into accounting system and ensure timely payment.
- Preparation of management reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Communicate with other departments and address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner, when needed.
- Audit accounts to ensure compliance with local, state and federal government requirement.
- Coordinates with third party (eg: auditors, secretary, tax agent) and provides necessary information.
- Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year (Estimate tax payable for the following year)
- Any expressed or implied duties required by the company/ superior.
