Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics, or related field is recommended but not a must.
- Experience using SCM/WMS/ERP in a 3PL environment is recommended but not a must.
- Experience in a role that is responsible for gathering business requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience translating business requirements into documented process flows and business requirements documents.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate on both technical and non-technical level
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive relationship building skills in order to acquire trust of business partners
Tanggungjawab
- Identify and collaborate with stakeholders that need to provide requirements and design input for new customers; stakeholders could be customers, operations, engineers, IT, superusers, or others.
- Work with various stakeholders to understand business processes, best practices, and customer touchpoints.
- Understand capabilities of the various tools that will be supported as well as how they best support the 3PL warehouse operations.
- Intake all requirements and incorporate updates to the Concept of Operations / Design Document / Business Requirements Document for that account.
- Receive and process user feedback, taking care to understand the underlying problem the customer/end-user is experiencing or looking to solve.
- Support for establish SOPs and best practices that support business needs, WMS capabilities, customer expectations, and compliance/legal requirements.
