We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will be asked to assist customers solve their problems across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Qualifications / Skills:
Candidate must be proficient in Chinese, candidates who can also converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Problem / conflict solving
Comfortable using computers.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Knowing our systems inside and out so that you can acquire the information required to assist the customer.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Basic Salary: RM4000 - 4500
Working hours : 8 hours/day
Night shift allowance
