Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
Experience
- At least 1 year experience.
Management Skills
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English..
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Computer and technology savvy.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and etc.

- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Tanggungjawab
- Information a current customer or other source gives about someone else who might be interested in the company’s products.
- Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail, and reporting sales also leads by daily basis.
- Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.
- Interact with customers to offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible.
- Utilize persuasion techniques when necessary to close sales.
- Handle outbound calls to promote the products, and customer phone calls also emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner.
- Follow up customer by calls and other social platform.
- Take product orders from customers over the phone, via email, and in-person.
- Compile and key in all related database in excel or systems.
- Oversee product shelves to maintain organization, adequate inventory, and initiate restocking when necessary.
- Receive customer complaints and suggest necessary solutions and changes to address issues.
- Operate a cash register or payment system to collect payments and process transactions for customer purchases. Ensure cleanliness of all customer-facing areas.
- Behave respectfully and professionally to reinforce and elevate the business reputation and brand.
- Handling social media posting including “Live” in HQ pages, “Personal” FB pages, and any other platform based on the schedule.
- Assisting and handling sales during booth events, including setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths, searching for new business opportunities.
- Able to reply all queries and handle all platforms during weekend.
- Any other tasks or ad-hoc tasks assign by the Management.
