Kelayakan
- Minimum SPM/fresh graduates from machining field are encouraged to apply.
- Have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in related field.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting materials.
- Good attitude and committed to work.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Tanggungjawab
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and measuring tools before starting the first workpiece.
- Measure and examine completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as Vernier caliper.
- Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, drilling machine or grinders.
- Identify and remark in the production drawing on parts that have been completed.
- Record daily job done in the “Project Job Sheet / TimeCard” & MAPS.
- Report of any malfunction, lost tools or defective workpiece that could not be repaired to the superior in a timely manner.
- To practice safe working habit and safe use of equipment and tools.
- Carry out daily housekeeping after work at designated working area.
- Good work ethics and able to work overtime as and when required by the superior.
- Able to travel outstation as and when required by the superior.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 procedure implementation and process as well as finished product specifications are met according to quality standards.
