Kelayakan
- Welcome graduates
- Familiar with SQL Software will be an added advantage
- Skill(s) : Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point
- Candidate with relevant experience will be given priority
- Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (to liaise with associates)
Tanggungjawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, handling a full set of accounts including General Ledger, accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Statement of Account, and Stock.
- Processing suppliers' payments, matching invoices, and ensuring all billings are supported with documents.
- Prepare monthly payroll including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB payments.
- Assist in stock controls, purchasing, credit control and accounting accuracy.
- To compile monthly data & report for all purchases and stocks.
- To assist superior analysis and liaise with the related department by -working and planning necessary stock items to avoid shortage or overstock
- To undertake any jobs assigned by Director from time to time
