Kelayakan
- At least 2 years in Freight forwarding / Logistics industry.
- Pleasant personality and must have a good command of spoken and written English/Mandarin
- Required skills: Sales Presentation, Negotiation Skill, Prospecting Skills, and Client Relationships.
- Mature, sales-driven, and capable to work independently in a challenging environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
- Self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result and customer oriented.
- Candidates who had experience in Shipping/Freight Forwarding/Logistics will be added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Promote company logistics products to prospect client (Air/Sea Freight / Warehouse / Trucking)
- Create - Develope - Secure business for new prospect and maintaining the relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Teamwork with Indoor sales to ensure all enquiries/order/shipment are well manage and execute.
- Understanding customer needs, create solution; building rapport customer relationship and secure customer on board.
- Responsible for meeting Job KPI and monthly sales target.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
