Kelayakan
- Degree in HR Management/Business Administration or equivalent
- Min. 3-5years working experience in HR related
- Knowledge in computerized payroll system
- Possess good analysing skill, time management skill and attention to details
- Result oriented with good problem solving skills
- Team player with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge in EA 1955 and other related acts and regulation
Tanggungjawab
- Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growt
- Hiring, recruiting, and managing human resource related matters
- Documentation and management of reports, payrolls and schedules.
- Training and managing human welfare needs
- Handling Salary Affairs and Staff Attendance.
- Manage Documents Related to HR, Admin, Account
- Management of Meetings and Reports.
- Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow.
