Kelayakan
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in a related industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in business or related field preferred
Tanggungjawab
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products or services
- Follow an established script and sales process to persuade customers to take a desired action such as making a purchase or booking an appointment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made, including details of conversations, outcomes and follow-up requirements.
- Qualify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated and sales made
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and referrals
- Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, industry trends, and product or service improvements.
