Kelayakan
- Have at least 1-2 years work experience in the construction industry (interior renovation)
- Have own transport
- Good attitude and responsible character
- Able to understand design drawing and plan
- Well in reporting
- Able to follow instruction & work independent
- Self motivation
- Able to work in team and well coordinate with designer
- Good in time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to think out of box and good design sense & common sense
- Good skill in writing and communicating with clients professionally
Tanggungjawab
- Supervise, monitor and control daily works at site
- To coordinate, arrange distribute and execute work at the site
- Perform site inspection, troubleshooting testing commissioning
- To produce site inspection report, work progress.
- Conduct measurement at project site prior to start work.
- Verify external sub-contractors ' claim, including projects involving partitions/ ceilings/carpentry works
- Organize goods delivery to project sites.
- Manage and co-ordinate all site activities to ensure smooth implementation of the project within schedule and quality.
- Continuously monitor project quality is in conformance with specification and requirements.
- Completely understanding & familiarizing yourself with technical drawings & material specification during interior renovation
- Good in handling projects & make sure the project is on time and does not exceed the due dates by regular on site monitoring
- Capable to do project briefing to designer with good communication
- Good positive attitude, responsible, can work well under pressure and multi-tasking
- Skill in managing multiple projects with shifting deadlines
