Tanggungjawab
- Preparing ingredients: Baker assistants may be responsible for measuring and mixing ingredients, preparing dough, and assembling pastry or bread products.
- Operating equipment: They may be responsible for operating and cleaning machinery such as ovens, mixers, and other equipment used in baking.
- Baking: Assistants may also be responsible for baking products, monitoring the temperature and timing of products to ensure they are cooked to perfection.
- Packaging and labeling: After the products are baked, assistants may help with packaging and labeling the baked goods for sale or delivery.
