Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma, Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related area.
- Have at least 2 years and above of working experience in RF projects.
- Great exposure to broad Telecommunication projects and knowledge.
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and ready to adapt to the pace of fast growing production lines.
Tanggungjawab
- Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to customer management using Genex Assistant and Nemo Indoor.
- Responsible to ensure good network performance for customer and achieve acceptance KPI for acceptance progress.
- Capable to identify root cause for performance degradation: interference, pilot pollution, weak coverage, capacity congestion, neighbouring issues, overshooting.
- Performing duty network coverage testing and analysing, propose for optimization.
- Evaluates and provide recommendation for KPI performance analysing to improve bad spot area such as poor signal coverage, quality, throughput and unwanted event and presenting the report to customer.
- Analysis data from DT logs and find solution improved coverage and quality of network.
- Perform live optimization.
- To test the problems found time communicated among department /team and resolve.
- Responsible to coordinate all scheduled reports with Cluster Owners/PIC & drive test with DTE.
- Analysing Layer 3 messages to troubleshoot the drop issues.
- Analysing Poor coverage & Quality Areas and proposing Optimization Plan to improve the Problematic Areas.
