Kelayakan
- Good communication and written skill with ability to interact with people at all levels
- Required language(s) and skill(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, UBS Accounting System and Microsoft Office applications
- Working Experience will be advantage
- Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates
- Able to multi-task at work
- Fresh Graduate is welcome
Tanggungjawab
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the management from time to time
- Assit in corporate/corporate finance and treasury matters
- Liaise with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects
- Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at constructions sites, lead and liaise with site personnel and sub-contractors to resolve problems
- To promptly issue progressive billings
