Kelayakan
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in HR or any related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, MS Excel and Payroll Software.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer Literate, Independent, Good Interpersonal, Self-motivate
Tanggungjawab
- To handle and execute all Human Resource functions including Payroll Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training and other HR administrative tasks.
- Responsible in processing timely and accurate monthly payroll including submission of all statutory reports such as EPF, Socso, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
- Perform full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement.
- Responsible to liaise, coordinate and correspond with agencies and governmental bodies such as labour department, immigration and FOMEMA.
- Checking and verify employees' monthly overtime and expenses claims.
- Handle the issuance of HR correspondence letter, warning letter, termination letter and memorandum.
- Manage employee disciplinary matters and taken necessary disciplinary action.
- To review, update Employee Handbook and ensure employees understand and comply with the HR policies and procedures
- Handling HRDF application and claim and employees' Socso claims or PA Group’s Insurance.
- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
