Kelayakan
- Candidates with minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts/pages and have experience in running social media adverts, especially on Facebook and Instagram.
- Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
- Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in writing & spoken communication in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical, data-driven person with strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization's brand and social media strategy.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms, including graphics, videos, animations, and text-based posts, budget planning and content ideation.
- Manage Facebook ads including set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc
- Managing different social media platforms (FB/ IG/ TikTok/ XHS/ Lemon8/ LinkedIn).
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Manage SEM/ SEO campaign is a plus.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing to increase brand awareness
- Prepare monthly report
- Research and monitors activity of competitors
- Copyright skills in English (Mandarin is a plus) to develop content across all social media platforms.
- Collaborating with the Content Creator & Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are effective for ads.
- Assist in marketing campaign & event activities.
- Handle influencer marketing and event if needed.
- To provide necessary assistance in marketing tasks to team leader.
