Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
Responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful
Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax
Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
Coordinating and administer recruitment process including foreign worker related matters and provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department on daily activities as well as routine task to ensure smooth operations processes.
Responsible to coordinating the foreign worker application quota by liaising with the agency and hiring manager to ensure smoothly process and accordingly to the government rules and regulations
Responsible to update employee database for HRMS in all changes/movement of employee data
liaise with immigration Department on foreign workers matter e.g apply working permit, renew working permit, apply foreign workers MLVK, apply check out memo and other related matters
Handle and update foreign workers matters, eg. FOMEMA, Hostel, bank account, ticket booking opening etc
