- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills.
- Able to translate project documents between Mandarin and English.
- Self- motivated individual who always looking for improvement in work.
- Mandarin skill is a compulsory.
Tanggungjawab
Visual Design Related：
- Design visuals for daily social media content and event promotional material for both digital and traditional medium.
- Design brochures, renderings and PPT for related projects. ( with Photoshop, PR, CapCut, etc.)
- Edit visuals/videos for social media posts. ( with Photoshop, PR, CapCut, etc.)
Copywriting Related：
- Responsible for creative planning proposals for projects in both Mandarin and English.
- Write copies for daily social media content and event promotional campaign.
- Write press releases and disseminate any other information related to promotional periods. (Facebook, Instagram, press, XiaoHongShu etc.)
- Translate certain project documents between Mandarin and English.
Event Planning and Execution Related：
- Brainstorm ideas with the team to promote event, create promotional campaigns and execute IT from the beginning to the end of the project.
- To assist and support the event team for planning and executing all partner/client projects and events.
- Operate cameras for events or video production projects.
- Handle communications with media, sponsors, suppliers and vendors.
Other Responsibilities：
- Working with the team to evaluate, develop and estimate costs and timelines against concepts, designs, goals, etc.
- Any other reasonable duties, functions or responsibilities assigned to you from time to time.
