Kelayakan
- Posses a degree in any Engineering field, preferable Electrical and Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering
- Able to communicate well in written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantage)
- Competent in using Open Source Enterprise Resource Planning platform across the overall manufacturing processes
- Has the know-how, knowledge in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and interested to explore into Industrial 4.0
- An analytical mind and attention to details and desire to probe further into data
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard
Tanggungjawab
- Planning, organizing and coordinating production schedule in the factory to meet customer deadlines
- Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
- Ensures that all workers and departments meet the productivity and efficiency standards of the organization
- Coordinating with office and production on any material purchases etc
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Organize workflow to meet specification and deadline
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising the work of junior staff, evaluate performance of production personnel
- Organising relevant training sessions
- Report to upper management
