Kelayakan
- Preferably with relevant academic qualification and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably food & beverages industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outgoing personality.
- To set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative
Tanggungjawab
- Activate company Customer Relationship Management ( RM), provide all necessary customers / market / competitors data in the system.
- Achieve the sales target monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Develop and execute trade collaterals, ie POSM.
- Build robust customer insights database.
- Responsible for coordinating and managing relevant trade activation with internal and external parties & ensure that trade activation executed on time.
- Monitor the implementation of market strategies.
- Identify new merchandising opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade events and other public appearances.
- Identify on Trade & off Trade & E Commerce segments and develop sales plan.
- Develop and execute strategy and operational plans.
- Key accounts HORECA management, engagement and communication.
- Make monthly visitations to targeted outlets and execute trade activities.
- Monthly brands and competitor activity report.
- Post Program report to principals.
- Develop new and consolidate existing relationship with business partners / suppliers and or trade partners.
- To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignment wherever required, directed or instructed by superiors.
