Kelayakan
- Fresh graduate or candidate that no working experience are welcome to apply
- Math skills.
- Teamwork skills..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, meticulous, committed and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good computer skills with a knowledge of common bookkeeping and spreadsheet program
- Fluent in Mandarin & short notice period will be an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
