Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration.
- Have 3 years working experience in Human Resource field/ functions.
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, any HRIS/ INFO-Tech Attendance system will be an added advantage.
- Ability to plan, manage time and multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Able to work at Desa Aman, Sg Buloh
Tanggungjawab
- To handle monthly payroll with accuracy including timely submission of statutory departments like, EPF, SOCSO/EIS, LHDN etc.
- Supporting with the implementation of HR policies, SOP, and guideline to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update employees’ personal records, attendance, claims and etc;
- In charge of recruitment including sourcing and hiring.
- In charge of staff training with administration and execution etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management
