Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Prior working experience in retails sales (especially pharmacy outlets) OR related field would be an added advantage & prioritized in shortlisting
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Have excellent communication and people skill & problem-solving skill
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation
- Willing and able to travel
Tanggungjawab
- Outdoor sales - visit pharmacies (Independent, Chain & Multi-chain pharmacy)
- Generate sales – Meet and exceed sales targets with the aim of achieving individual and company sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maximize collections - Achieve and exceed collection targets on monthly basis continuously
- Identify and contact sales prospects and other assigned accounts.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through all available channels
- Responsible to develop, build and strengthen long-term relationships with the customers.
- Conduct and perform product demonstrations, training and after sales support across pharmacy outlets.
- Ensure all our core products or promotional items are executed effectively.
- Minor clerical/ paper work operation support.
