- SPM/Diploma and above
- Good attitude and responsible character
- Self starter with good in communication and interpersonal
- Specific skills - Cold calling, managing a client engagement
Tanggungjawab
- Call potential customer to recommends services and completes to make services appointment.
- Handle customer enquiries and complain in smooth and professional manner.
- Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback
- Understand to coordinate with both the clients , supplier and technician.
- Prepare quotation and invoice and document filling
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior.
