Kelayakan
- Malaysian: minimum of Diploma with JLPT results of N1 and N2.
- Japanese: minimum of degree required to qualify for work visa.
- 2 years of experience in interpretation.
- Degree in Marketing and or Nursing or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably in the healthcare industry
Tanggungjawab
- Assist Japanese patients who intend to seek treatment at PHKL from the original enquiries to making of appointments, registration or admission, and until leaving the clinic or discharge from the hospital.
- Follow-up with patients post care when follow-up is required or desired.
- Interpret for patient and caregiver for Japanese patients and their family members.
- Assisting Japanese patients to follow-up on insurance coverage
- Assist Japanese patients with admission, registration, discharge and at cashiers.
- Visit in-patient Japanese patients as necessary to ensure all their needs are met
- Assist Marketing Department to promote PHKL services to the Japanese community, by conducting tours, editing and creating marketing materials and participating in marketing activities in the Klang Valley.
- Report to the Senior Manager on the volume of Japanese patients that they assist on a monthly basis.
