Kelayakan
- Any experience in e-commerce within the retail industry will be an added advantage, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced in marketplace management like Shopee and Lazada will be an added advantage.
- Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work independently, full responsibility with minimum supervision.
Tanggungjawab
- Managing the company’s e-commerce platforms in marketing, advertising and content elements.
- Monitor the sales and stock status of e-commerce channels to ensure the smooth running of stock delivery and billing.
- Coordinate and liaise with e-commerce enablers and marketing team for promotional strategies in respective to e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain all promotional tools (promo codes, gift with purchase etc) and handle customer feedback and inquiries on all platforms.
- Responsible for online e-commerce campaigns in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.
- Develop and achieve sales and growth targets set by the company.
- Monitor the sales and stock status of e-commerce channels to ensure the smooth running of stock delivery and billing.
