Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma holder: Communication, Management
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite especially Excel
- Must be excellent in English both orally and written
- Highly organized, process oriented and able to cope with pressure
Tanggungjawab
- Customer Facing
- Customer satisfaction
- Deliverable on time and within Budget and Scope
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to internal resources (i.e. editorial & telemarketing team)
- Planning and managing all marketing activities by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assets and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
- Verify the customer reports are in line with deliverables
- Utilize the reports from COPs are discuss internally to identify issues and problem – ie revise scripts, leads rejection, leads delay, webinar RVSP not coming in as expected timeframe
- Propose new actions plan to get better results
