Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in human resource especially in recruitment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
- Familiar with recruitment platforms in Malaysia that consists high chance of recruitment result
- Have good knowledge in HR and Malaysia labour law
- Good spoken & written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to take minutes of meetings
- Able to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
- Mature, attentive to detail and organized.
Tanggungjawab
- To assist the HR/Admin Manager in various aspects of HR operations and administration.
- Prepare the accrued staff's overtime for submission to Finance and submission of Staff's SOCSO contribution.
- To handle the full process of staff recruitment including job advertisement, screening applications, interview arrangement, letter of offer, medical check-up, opening bank account, staff orientation, etc.
- To prepare ID Tag for staff and outsource workers.
- To create and register the ID for staff attendance thumb print device
- To monitor and administer the staff’s leave in the online E-Leave system
- To prepare the monthly report of staff’s attendance, medical leave and overtime cost
- To register and arrange the medical card for new staff
- To process any medical claim, to prepare and monitor the staff's medical expenses report on monthly basis and to alert the staff if their medical expenses nearly reach their limit.
- To update all files and staff's records and retained in a highly confidential manner.
- To assist in preparation of Purchase Requisition and stock request for the department.
- To assist in the arrangement of staff and club’s events.
- To assist in the issuance of complimentary vouchers and administration matters.
- Any other duties /responsibilities/assignments as directed by Management at the sole discretion of the management from time to time.
