Our client is Asia Pacific Region's largest real asset manager powered by the New Economy and the third largest listed real estate investment manager globally.



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely monthly closing of a portfolio of accounts, comprising AP, AR and General Ledger function, including the preparation of audit schedules

• Review of financials submitted by funds and/or joint venture/associated companies

• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders for related-company invoicing and reconciliation

• Processing of payments and staff claims

• Preparation of GST returns and income tax returns

• Support the annual Group budgeting exercise

• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial agents where required

• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned



Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and able to handle full set of accounts

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

• A self-starter with a positive mindset who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently

• Meticulous, analytical and independent worker
