Position Title: Service Technician (Photocopier) 
Working Location: East – Aljunied 
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8.30 am – 5.30 pm; Every Sat 8.30 am – 12.30 pm)
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + AWS + Monthly Incentive 
Duration: Permanent 



Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair photocopier equipment at various client locations.
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues.
Perform regular maintenance checks and service to prevent future malfunctions.
Provide training and support to users on how to operate photocopier machines effectively.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Keep detailed records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Offer exceptional customer service, respond promptly to service calls, and maintain professional communication with clients.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in photocopier technology.
Comply with all safety standards and regulations related to equipment servicing.
