JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the daily operations of Stores and in achieving its financial goals.
Ensure utmost quality service standard as required by internal and external customers
Assist in business needs analysis vital in opening new stores and other related businesses. 
Display an excellent leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills at all times
Possess good written and oral communication skills

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Store Operations

Set up and maintain cost and labour controls.
Responsible for loss prevention and innovations.
Responsible for store management supervision including but not limited to directing of management team, corrective counseling, and issuing management evaluations.
Identify and resolve problems for items that affect any of the above objectives.
Create systems to identify or solve problems before they happen or to prevent them from recurring. 
Utilize action plans when needed.
Create, improve, or upgrade systems to better achieve goals and objectives.
Execute effective store visits.
Enforce corporate merchandising standards.
Conduct Store Sales Audit on a regular basis.

 2. Sales & Customer Service

Accountable for sales growth within the district.
Guide the Outlet Managers in reaching their sales plans.
Monitor controllable store expenses for profitability.
Maintain efficient, friendly service standards.
Execute promotions of products effectively and efficiently.
Respond pro-actively resolve and prevent customer service situations.
Conduct customer surveys.
Evaluate secret shopper surveys.
Drive sales and generate sales environment in stores.

MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY

Minimum 3 years Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf store management or prior retail/food service Manager experience.
Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Proven leadership skills.
Proficient computer skills
