Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, with a focus on payments, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

Incoming Payments:
Verify and reconcile all incoming payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming payments.

Vendor Payments:
Review and verify all payments to vendors to prevent overpayments or discrepancies.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate payment amounts.

Payment Reconciliation:
Tally and reconcile payment receipts with financial reports to maintain accuracy in financial records.
Address any discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies promptly.

Invoicing:
Issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales and client management teams to ensure the completeness of billing information.

Collections:
Monitor client accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
Follow up on overdue payments and work closely with clients to resolve any billing issues.

Financial Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in IT System is a plus.
