Position Title: Customer Service
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
Salary Package: Basic $3,000 - $3,500
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer phone calls.
Respond to enquiries via text and email.
Assist with and follow up on customer requests/orders.
Pick and pack customer orders.
Coordinate with transport/logistics partners on shipping and delivery matters.
Work with MPM (internal ERP system).
Follow up on overdue account collections.
Handle printing and document filing.
Perform data entry.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
