Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler - SeafoodPosition Title: Maintenance Technician / Facilities TechnicianWorking Location: JurongWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 7.30am - 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am - 11.30am)Salary Package: Up to $3200 + OT + AWS + Performance BonusDuration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for facilities (such as aircon servicing, electrical inspections, minor repairs on trucks/forklifts, pest control, etc.).Perform routine daily maintenance tasks for the facilities.Conduct basic troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.Assist with minor M&E installations.Coordinate and communicate with external contractors, technicians, and engineers as needed.Undertake any other tasks or duties assigned by management.

Higher Nitec (ITC) or Nitec (NTC 2/NTC 3) in any engineering-related discipline, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.At least 2 years of relevant work experience in facilities, building maintenance, or the mechanical/electrical field.Experience with ammonia handling will be an added advantage.
