Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
Position Title: Interior Designer
Working Location: Geylang
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 9.00 am - 1.00 pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Create and develop creative design concepts for commercial spaces, ensuring they reflect the client’s identity and business goals.
Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and project timelines.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and budgets. Present them with design proposals, sketches, and material samples.
Source and select high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with the design and commercial usability.
Work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is executed as per the design vision.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial interior design
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
