Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Working Location: Seletar
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Help develop manufacturing process plans for new and existing products.
Support manufacturing engineers to review production cycle times and identify improvements.
Help design cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges for production and inspection.
Work with the production team to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
Learn to perform cost and time analysis for different manufacturing processes.
Assist with first article (FA) preparation and documentation under supervision.
Take part in continuous improvement projects, including safety, quality, and cost reduction.
Exposure to industry-standard CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, SolidCAM).
Build skills in project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation.

Diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production planning, and continuous improvement.
Basic CAD knowledge is an advantage (training will be provided).
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
