Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Built/ Gas System
Position Title: Administrator
Working Location: Sembawang
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Provide Administrative, IT and Executive support.
Organize and maintain calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules.
Manage sensitive communications and confidential correspondence.
Monitor key deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure executives are well-prepared.
Handle initial troubleshooting for technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
Liaise with external IT service providers for advanced troubleshooting and system enhancements.
Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access permissions.
Support day-to-day office functions, including supply procurement and equipment upkeep.
Coordinate with service vendors such as cleaners, couriers, and maintenance providers.
Maintain organized filing systems and uphold document control standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Diploma holder.
1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or IT support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
