Job Scope:
Administrative functions
1. Check consultants’ inputs of project details in variation order forms;
2. Check consultants' submissions against established checklist;
3. Maintain an accurate inventory of all variation orders received from consultants;
4. Review and verify payment supporting documents for assigned projects before submitting to Contract Manager for Good Receipt processing against established checklist;
5. Conduct detailed assessment of consultants' variation submissions for assigned projects before routing to Contract Manager for Workflow approval against established checklist; and
6. Any other duties assigned.
Working Arrangement:
Location:Jalan Besar
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Duration: 4 Months
Salary: $20/H
Work Requirements:
Possess Quantity Surveyor related qualification or past working experience in construction related position.
Min. Diploma in related Building, Quantity Surveying and Construction
